Will swear in Adelita Grijalva today
Soon after the Swearing In, we will find out whether Grijalva’s signature on a Discharge Petition will allow the vote to release the Epstein Files. It is supposed to do so.
However, the question is, does Johnson have more delays up his sleeve to delay the vote next?
Will someone’s family be threatened enough that one of the signers will change positions?
Under usual circumstances, newly elected Members of Congress are sworn in almost immediately. But no, not this time. Johnson has had many excuses, including how he ran away from the Capitol to take weeks of paid vacation in his home state of Louisiana.
